This is a 90 minute session of Integrated Energy Therapy as well as Reiki and Vibrational Healing combined.  We will focus on releasing suppressed emotions/releasing emotional trauma, balancing the chakras, grounding, and integrating sound healing.  Please see Reiki and Vibrational Healing as well as Integrated Energy Therapy descriptions for more information.
